this one is for all of us, whether out or not. whether gay, bi, pan or ace. whether trans, intersex or non-binary. whether accepted or not. whether in a relationship or not. whether happy or not. this one is for my brothers, my sisters and my non-binary siblings. remember this: we are on the right side of history and though it won't be a linear progress it's only going to get better from here. i promise. born this gay is a collection of lgbtq+ poetry from one of us, for all of us. to let you know you're seen, you're loved and you're valid. keep on fighting, my loves.
