The Journey

De avonturen van een kleine mus die zijn vrienden over de hele wereld bezoekt. Dit verhaal gaat over vriendschap die geen grenzen heeft, niet op afstand, noch in taal. De kleine mus, de hoofdpersoon in het verhaal, bezoekt de Instagram-vrienden van Jolanda over de hele wereld. Hij reist vanuit Nederland naar vele landen en ontmoet dieren en personages die zijn getekend of gefotografeerd door Jolanda’s Instagram-vrienden. Jolanda, kunstenaar-illustrator woonachtig in Nederland, tekende al deze dieren en personages in haar eigen stijl met kleurpotlood en toont in dit verhaal haar vriendschappen in de wereld. Ze schreef bij de illustraties kleine verhalen. Een feel good boek met vierenveertig kleurrijke illustraties van allerlei dieren zoals vogels, katten, honden, wolven, vossen en vele anderen. The little sparrow, the main character in the story, visits Jolanda’s Instagram friends all over the world. He travels from Holland to many countries and meets animals and characters who were drawn or photographed by Jolanda’s Instagram friends. Jolanda, artist-illustrator living in Holland, drew with colored pencils all these animals and characters in her own style and shows her friendships in the world. She wrote small stories with the illustrations. A feel good book with forty four colorfull illustrations of all kind of animals like birds, cats, dogs, wolves, foxes and many others.
